The process of making pancakes with meat is considered one of the simplest and most accessible. This dish is able to satisfy even the strongest hunger, and the meat filling is universal and everyone likes it. If you are tired of cooking various roasts and side dishes, you want to relax on a simple dish and please your spouse with an unusual dinner or breakfast - this simple recipe is for you!
Required Ingredients put it on the table so you don’t forget anything. We will need:
• Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
• Milk (not too fatty) – 3 tbsp.
• Wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp.
• Granulated sugar – 3 tbsp.
• Salt – to taste
• Refined sunflower oil – 0.5 tbsp.
• Meat (it’s better to take minced meat) – 400 gr.
• Onions – 3 pcs.
• Carrots – 1 pc.
• Butter – as much as you have
Filling.
First, let's start with the filling so as not to be distracted by it later. The onions need to be chopped as finely as possible, grate the carrots on a fine grater, and fry everything together in a frying pan until light golden brown. Then add the minced meat to the vegetables and fry until it is completely cooked, not forgetting to add salt to taste.
Dough.
Beat the eggs until foam appears (about 5 - 7 minutes), then add milk - 1 glass, sugar and salt, continuing to beat until smooth. Sift the flour into the dough through a sieve so that there are no lumps. When the flour dissolves, you need to add 2 more glasses of milk and vegetable oil to the mixture. So, the pancake dough is ready. Don't worry if it's too runny - that's what we want.
We fry pancakes.
You need to fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, periodically greasing the surface with an onion, after dipping it in vegetable oil. From the prepared amount of dough you should get approximately 25 - 27 pancakes (for 8 - 10 servings), each of which should be greased with butter.
Wrap the pancakes.
When all the pancakes are ready, put one of them on a separate plate, place a tablespoon of meat filling in the middle of it, then wrap it in an “envelope”.
You can serve pancakes with meat either warm or cold, along with sour cream. If you need to reheat the dish, use the oven or microwave. Empanadas prepared according to this simple recipe remain exceptionally fresh for several days - it’s easy to see for yourself. It takes an average of 2 hours to prepare this dish.
Bon appetit!
