Omelet with croutons
You don't always have time to cook something special for dinner. And you always want to eat. The fastest dish to prepare is, of course, an omelette. And also with an omelet you get a very tasty salad.
To make an omelet with croutons, you will need:
• two whole slices of white bread;
• two peppers of different colors;
• 4 eggs;
• 80 grams of milk;
• 40 grams of vegetable oil;
• ketchup to taste;
• salt;
• pepper.
Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in oil.
Cut the pepper into small pieces and add to the bread. Stir.
Beat eggs with milk and salt. Pour half the mixture over the croutons. Put in ketchup.
Pour in the remaining mixture. Cover the pan with a lid and bake the omelette over medium heat until cooked (when the egg-milk mixture thickens).
Sprinkle the finished omelette with pepper and garnish with onion rings.
Salad “Improvisation”
To prepare this salad, you will need:
• 1 egg;
• 25 grams of milk;
• 25 grams of vegetable oil for omelet;
• 1 cucumber;
• 1 pepper;
• 80 grams of cheese;
• 100 grams of corn;
• 2 sprigs of dill;
• 6 pieces of crab sticks;
• 25 grams of olive oil for dressing;
• 3 grams of vinegar;
• a pinch of sugar;
• salt to taste.
Beat the egg and milk with salt and bake an omelette. Cool. Cut into strips.
Cut the cucumber, pepper, cheese and crab sticks into cubes.
Add sugar, vinegar, salt to olive oil and stir well.
Chop the greens.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, add oil and mix gently.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Despite its apparent simplicity, this salad turns out very tasty.
