Lemon-honey drink
A lemon-honey drink is a magical salvation in the heat. This is a kind of analogue of lemonade, but much tastier and healthier. The main thing is that you can prepare it quickly and eat it right away, without waiting for all the ingredients to brew and soak into each other. By the way, as always in cooking, such a drink may not be the final ideal option. After all, your fantasies can improve it, endlessly changing the initial recommendations. Some people prefer to add milk or cream to the recipe. For others, just sparkling water is enough. But for everyone (without exception), it is indisputable that such a drink not only gives vigor, but also has a healing effect.
Ingredients:
water - one liter, lemon - one, honey - 100 g.

Preparation:
dilute honey in boiled water (approximately 60 C). Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the honey liquid. Place the resulting drink carefully. Strain it through a colander or cheesecloth, pour it into a bottle or decanter. Cool and you can drink. If you can't wait, you can just throw a couple of pieces of ice into the glass.

Mint leaves will add a new bright and refreshing note to this drink if you grind them with a small amount of sugar. Fragrant, unusually pleasant homemade lemonade will appeal to both children and adults. And the fact that it does not contain any preservatives or dyes undoubtedly adds to its attractiveness.

Yes, do not forget that the period of use of such a lemon-honey miracle is limited. For two days, no more (if stored in the refrigerator!), you can safely use it yourself and give it to your children. And then fermentation will begin. Therefore, do not stock up on drinks for future use. It’s better to spend a few minutes preparing it to truly enjoy the fresh and invigorating taste of the lemon-honey “savior.”
