House with a sheep
The New Year is already very close, which will bring us a lot of good news and changes for the better. The rather difficult and challenging year of the horse is being replaced by a calmer and fluffier animal, the sheep. This animal is soft and fluffy, which is why astrologers assure that the year will also be soft and fluffy, just like the animal itself. Therefore, it is simply necessary that on New Year’s Eve a sheep be present with you at this magical holiday, no matter in what capacity. This could, for example, be a soft toy, a ceramic or clay figurine, a refrigerator magnet, or a beautiful Christmas ball. The most important thing is that the sheep should shine on the New Year’s tree, for example, not necessarily on the ball, but you can make a rather interesting paper house for it, from which its wonderful resident, the sheep, will look out. You can make such a house using technology scrapbooking, which is exactly what we will do right now. Moreover, this house will be on a pendant, so it can be freely hung on a Christmas tree instead of a ball.
To make a New Year's house like this you need:
• Beige sheet of thick cardboard;
• Scheme for the house;
• Scrap New Year's paper in three colors;
• Dark blue pearlescent cardboard;
• Pictures with a sheep and a fawn;
• Round openwork chipboard frame;
• Satin ribbons, blue with polka dots, blue with lurex, blue with polka dots;
• Brocade ribbon and burlap cord;
• Hole puncher;
• Stamps with different New Year's inscriptions;
• Blue ink;
• Blue stamens and white stamens in sugar;
• Gray cut out flower;
• Bouquets of stamens are white and blue;
• Centers are shiny blue, hollow flower and full;
• Paper snowflakes;
• Half pearl beads;
• Stationery knife;
• Cutting white mother-of-pearl frame and multi-colored openwork circle;
• PVA glue, scissors, double-sided tape, glue gun, pencil and ruler.

The first thing we need to do is transfer all the markings onto beige cardboard exactly according to the diagram. Our house will be 10 cm in height and 9 cm in width. We make complete markings and draw bend lines where necessary using scissors.

We cut out the entire blank of the house, bend it where necessary along the curve.

We attach a chipboard round frame to the left side of the house and mark a circle for cutting out the window. Using a utility knife, cut out a circle.

We cut out the bottom and roof from mother-of-pearl cardboard, and cut out lace with a hole punch on both sides.

We cut out three houses from three different papers, and also make a window in one with a stationery knife. We glue the pictures and cuttings with double-sided tape. Using a hole punch, we make a few more strips of blue pearlescent cardboard into openwork.

Let's assemble these parts into individual elements. We stamp two New Year's inscriptions on white cardboard, cut them out and make the edges tinted.

First we sew the pictures and inscriptions with a machine, then we glue the blanks onto the base with tape and also sew the house on both sides. We cut out the sides of the house 1.8*9.8 cm, glue and sew.

We glue the house with PVA glue, then the chipboard frame, and then the rest decor using a glue gun.

The result is such a funny house with a fashionable sheep that will decorate your Christmas tree in the New Year. Thank you for your attention!
