Sheep Nyasha
I propose to knit a good lamb - a symbol of the coming year. After all, according to the eastern calendar, the patroness of the coming year will be the Sheep (Goat). Many needlewomen strive to make this symbol with their own hands, so crafts sheep and goats are very relevant today. To get started, you need to prepare materials and tools. For knitting we will need gray acrylic yarn, Yarn Art Rabbit, hook number 2.
A needle with a large eye for stitching parts and stuffing for toys.
Tip: To knit the belly and other fluffy elements, you can use Terry type yarn. A boucle would look good too.
Each piece of the lamb is knitted according to a specific pattern. Abbreviations and terms that appear in the diagrams:
Art. – column;
next article – next column;
b\n – without crochet;
VP – air loop;
decrease - 2 loops are knitted with one.
We begin work by knitting the body according to the pattern.
It turns out to be such a fluffy bag.
We begin to knit the head from the muzzle to the back with a gray thread. We gradually fill the resulting bag with padding polyester. We knit based on the diagram below.
Note.After the 27th row, we change the thread to a fluffy one and continue knitting the head of Nyasha the sheep. Now Nyasha’s head is ready. Now let's start reviving the sheep's head. First we knit the eyes, which will consist of two elements: the eye itself and the pupil. We begin to knit with white thread according to the following pattern, 2 pieces. We fill it with filler during the knitting process.
Next we make the pupils. Using black thread we knit an amigurumi ring of 6-7 loops, depending on the desired size. We knit two such rings. Thus, we get two details: a white eyeball and a black circle - the pupil.
Now you need to tie the ears. We knit two parts in the presented sequence.
Two small circles come out.
To give them the shape of the ears, we sew the lower edges slightly as shown in the photo below.
Now let's assemble the head. First we sew the eyes (circles of white yarn, then the black pupil) and ears to the gray bag. We take black threads and sew the spout. That's all. The head is done.
Let's start knitting hands. We also knit according to the pattern.
Just like when knitting a head, in the 27th row you can optionally replace the thread with a fluffy one and continue knitting, or you can leave the gray one.
When the arms are ready, we begin knitting the legs. We knit two parts according to the pattern.
In row 35 you can replace the thread with a fluffy one.
When all the parts of the sheep are connected, we begin to sew them together. But before that, on the finished knitted legs and arms, we sew a division at the bottom with black thread so that it looks like a hoof. We sew the arms and legs to the body first, and then the head. Nyasha the sheep is ready!
You can dress up the animal if you wish. For example, tie a scarf or dress it up in a dress or skirt. The height of the finished toy is approximately 45 centimeters.Nyasha will be an excellent gift on the eve of the New Year holidays. And this one present will please not only the child, but also the adult.
