Tutu skirt for girls "Mickey Mouse"

I suggest making a tutu skirt, the red skirt with white polka dots can be used as part of a Mickey Mouse costume for a girl, and the white skirt can be used as snowflakes.
If the costume is made with your own hands, also with love, it will have some unique details that will emphasize the specialness of the girl at the holiday. By adding a hoop with Mickey Mouse ears to the skirt, you will get a beautiful costume.
To make a skirt you need:
- ribbon or meter tulle. I use 2 meters of red tulle of medium hardness with a cut width of 150 cm;
- wide elastic band or stretch headband with holes;
- scissors;
- paper;
- ruler with round holes.
If the tulle is in a ribbon, then it is necessary to cut strips 50 cm long. If the tulle is meter long, then it is necessary to cut the entire section into strips measuring 10 * 50 cm.
Now you need to take an elastic band and sew it to make a ring. Take 1 strip of tulle, fold it in half, wrap it to make a loop and thread the remaining tail. Tighten the “knot”. Attach all other tulle strips as well.
If there is a stretch headband, then it must be threaded through each hole and tied into a knot.
In the second case, the skirt will be multi-tiered, which will make it more beautiful and fuller. To complete the Mickey Mouse look, you need to glue or sew circles of paper or fabric onto the skirt.
It's easier to make paper circles. To do this, fold the paper in several layers, trace a suitable shape and cut out circles. Using glue, secure the circles to the surface of the skirt.
The skirt is ready.
