Homemade Nutella
No one in my family can live a day without sweets. Especially the youngest part of it – children. One of my daughters' favorite things to eat is spoonfuls of Nutella spread or spread on bread. But I am always confused by the composition of this overseas product. So I decided to try making this Nutella at home.
I used peanuts as the key ingredient. We somehow like this nut better, both in taste and at a modest (unlike others) cost.
Ingredients:
• 270 g sugar;
• cocoa – 20 g;
• egg;
• 40 g flour;
• vanillin – 3 g;
• 130 g peanuts;
• 30 g butter;
• 250 ml. fresh or boiled milk.
Cooking time for homemade Nutella is approximately 40 minutes.
Preparation:
First of all, I lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan. This measure will improve their taste and simplify the procedure for peeling peanuts.
I peel the nuts and immediately grind them using a blender.
In one container I mix nut crumbs with cocoa powder, vanilla and flour.
In another, I grind the sugar with the egg, then stir in the softened butter.
I combine and thoroughly mix the contents of both containers. (f.8) Then I dilute it with milk, pour it into a saucepan and put it on the fire.
With continuous stirring, I warm up the chocolate-nut mixture. As soon as it thickens (becomes sticky), homemade Nutella is ready.
I put it in small jars. In total I got three 180 ml jars. plus a small bowl of sweet paste.
I hope my daughter will appreciate my efforts. Bon appetit!
