We whip up a very tasty union
Ingredients:
Parsley - 100g.
Dill - 100g.
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Onion - 1 medium onion.
Ketchup - 250g (you can use any ketchup, tomato, chili, for barbecue).
If it’s shish kebab (pork, lamb), then I recommend taking Chili ketchup, or For the kebab. If this sauce is for French fries, you can use tomato sauce.
Recipe:
We'll start with cilantro, fine mode.
Next, chop the ukrain.
Take the onion and chop it finely.
Combine cilantro, dill, and onion.
Add garlic next (squeeze).
And fill it all with 250g ketchup.
Add salt and pepper (to taste). You can optionally add coriander or dried basil (just a little, for flavor)
We mix all this thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to infuse.
After 10 minutes, the sauce is ready to eat.
If you use hot ketchup, I recommend adding a small pinch of sugar.
Bon appetit!
