Mini pump made of PVC pipe
Any DC electric motor can be used to make a mobile pump for pumping water. The more powerful it is, the higher the performance of a homemade pump. Let's look at a method for making a pocket pump powered by an 18650 battery.
Materials:

Water pump manufacturing process
From a 30 mm plastic pipe you will need to cut off a 12-15 cm section with straight ends. Then the pump frame is cut out of it. 2 wide windows are cut out in the center. Rings are left along the edges for placing the motor on one side and installing the impeller on the other.
2 disks are cut from sheet plastic. One of a larger diameter to plug the tube, and the second one of a slightly smaller diameter to make the base of the impeller.
A hole is drilled in the center of the plug, and a bushing removed from the broken electric motor is screwed into it. Then the plug is glued into the frame.
Next, you need to cut several rings from a plastic water pipe, and cut 5 segments from them for the impeller. They are glued to a previously prepared disk drilled in the center.
Then a thin plastic tube is glued into the hole to place the impeller on the bicycle spoke shaft.
The impeller and shaft are installed in the pump frame.
A hole is made in the side, and a fitting from the sawn-off body of a ballpoint pen is glued onto it. A plastic washer is glued to the bottom to cover the impeller.
Next, the motor is inserted into the frame. Its shaft is connected to the impeller shaft with a coupling made of a plastic tube. All connections are glued with superglue.
The motor is powered by an 18650 battery.
Only the impeller is lowered into the water; the engine must be on the surface. Before use, a hose is pulled onto the pump fitting.
The pump itself can be attached to a piece of foam plastic so that it floats on the surface of the water.
