Folder for a girl with a certificate
When a child is born into a family, it is not a true joy for the whole family. A small miracle brings joy, laughter and a warm atmosphere to every home. Every woman seems to be transformed when she carries a small miracle under her heart, this is true bliss and indescribable sensations. Basically, already about halfway through the term, every expectant mother begins preparing for the birth of her baby: she buys him diapers, baby vests, hats, scratchies, and knits booties. In short, there are quite a lot of pleasant worries and troubles; there is a lot of responsibility ahead. But not only the mother, but also her friends, close and distant relatives are preparing for the birth of the baby. You also need to come up with and choose a godmother for the baby, since a godmother is for life, a second dear person after the mother. She faces a very responsible mission in life, for which she also needs to be prepared. The first thing the godmother needs to do is prepare for the future goddaughter present, it is better that it is something both necessary and very memorable, so that it is put aside and preserved for many years. For example, when a baby is born, she receives the first and most important document in her life, this is a birth certificate. And since the document is important and must be preserved for life, it must be stored in a cover that you can make yourself. It will be very interesting and exciting, you will get real pleasure from making it, and your future goddaughter will eventually receive the necessary accessory for her first document as a gift from you. You can make such an interesting cover for a certificate using technology scrapbooking and you need to take advantage of this master class.

We take binding cardboard, place it next to each other at a distance of 1.5 cm from each other, and we will glue white cardboard between them. We cut out a strip of cardboard 4*30 cm. Divide the strip into widths of 1.5 cm, 1 cm and 1.5 cm. Draw bend lines.
We spread it on the sides with office glue and glue it between the blanks of binding cardboard. In the center we get a space of 1 cm. We glue strips of double-sided tape on both sides of the cover.
Now we glue the padding polyester. We smooth the fabric very well with an iron so that there is not a single fold, apply the cover, and make a margin of 1.5-2 cm around the perimeter for the hem.
We wrap the fabric and glue it to the cardboard.
Now we machine stitch along the edge of the entire cover. Using a knife, carefully cut off the excess fabric.
Using double-sided tape, we glue a napkin and a circle from a die-cut to the fabric, and glue a picture on them. We sew the picture on a sewing machine.
We prepare an internal one from scrapbooking paper. decor.
From different sheets of scrap paper we cut out two rectangles 19.5*30 cm, 23*30 cm. First glue one sheet with office glue, smooth it with gauze and press it. First we glue the larger rectangle, which overlaps.
Now we spread the second side and glue the second rectangle.
Smooth out and leave the cover half open. We use office clips for pressing and fixing.
From the remaining sheet of paper we cut out a rectangle for the pocket, and make it floral on top. Glue the pocket inside the folder with PVA glue. We also glue other hole-punching strips.
Tie a bow, cut the ribbon. Glue the decor onto the cover. This is such an interesting cover for a newborn girl! Thank you for your attention and good luck to everyone!
