Wedding card
An unforgettable event that you want to organize as original and unique as possible. In this case, the newlyweds will come to the aid of the most unique ideas that will add special features to the event. This may concern the newlyweds’ backgammon, ideas for decorating the wedding hall, the program of the festive evening, as well as such details as wedding invitation cards.
It is the invitation that is a kind of “calling card” of each wedding event. Therefore, it can be made exclusive and thereby delight all those invited.
The invitation card presented below is quite simple. Technique used quilling, which requires the use of special quilling paper and tools for forming parts. But if you don’t have such a tool, then you can use a regular toothpick, which will also do a good job of winding the roll onto it.
To work you should take:
1. White cardboard A4.
2. Quilling paper - white, black, burgundy.
3. Glue, scissors, quilling tool (or toothpick).
We will make the base for the postcard from a sheet of cardboard. To do this, carefully bend the cardboard in half. The base is ready.
First we will make all the details for the groom. We roll a roll from black paper.
Let's dissolve it.
Press along the edges to form a rectangle shape.
You need 4 of these parts - 2 for panties, 2 for a shirt.
In the same way we make another piece from white quilling paper.
Now we connect 2 black and 1 white rectangles together and fasten them along the contour with a black piece of quilling paper.
To make the head, take black quilling paper and carefully form a circle, fix the edges with glue.
To make a butterfly, you need to form one tight roll, and unravel two and give them the desired shape as in the photo.
We do all the details for the bride in the same way. For the dress we form 2 rolls of the same size, 1 large roll (for the skirt). We also form an outline from black quilling paper.
Now we attach all the parts to the base. Let's start with the heads of the bride and groom. Lubricate them with glue, then attach them to the white base. Then we will attach the bride's hair and veil.
We attach the groom's bow.
Then all the other parts are sequential.
It should be noted that this version of a DIY postcard may be suitable for congratulating newlyweds.
A very unusual and original DIY wedding invitation card is ready!
