Wooden napkin box
If you want to make someone original present with your own hands, or just do something new for yourself, but you just can’t decide what exactly, then I suggest you consider this option crafts.
A box made from a wooden napkin is not only easy to make, but also looks decent. And just like that, any nondescript napkin can be decorated in such a way that it can ultimately become a whole work of art.
You don’t need a lot of material for the box, just a napkin, a piece of thicker leather or fabric, and two pieces of cardboard for the sides.
And for decoration you can choose whatever you want. Any stones, beads, lace, braid, anything will do.
Well, the process itself:
1. Coat the entire surface of the napkin with PVA glue and glue the skin. Let it dry a little, then trim off the excess around the edges.
2. Now we cover the sides with fabric or leather on both sides. I got one side made of leather (the inner part), and for the outside I found a nice fabric.
3. But to glue the sides you no longer need PVA. I glued it with super glue, but you need to remember that it is liquid, so be careful.
4.As you can see, it’s not at all difficult, the main thing is accurate calculation. Well, now you can begin the most interesting process, this decoration. I didn’t have to think much, because I have flowers, I made them for future use. I glued the red pebbles with hot glue. Dark pebbles with super glue.
