How to make an electric shoe dryer from PP pipes
This is a great option to save money and make a large shoe dryer for the whole family. You can do such a useful thing for your own work.
In the spring-autumn period, it is very important that your feet always remain warm. An individual shoe dryer may not be enough to dry 3-4 pairs of shoes per night, and changing them every 4 hours is not very convenient.
Another thing is 1 large dryer. Its design is such that the final size is practically unlimited. And if you want to make it for 10 pairs of shoes, then nothing could be easier.

- Polypropylene pipe 20 mm.
- Angles, tees, clips for 20 mm PP pipe.
- Network cable with plug.
Making an electric shoe dryer with your own hands
We take a PP pipe and cut 4 pieces of 7 cm and 3 pieces of 60 cm.
Let's drill a corner for the network cable wire.
Using a heat gun, heat the end of the pipe.
We put the corner on for 1 second and immediately remove it.
We do the same with tees.
You need to remove the connections in order to ultimately get a disassembled kit for assembling the electric dryer.
Next, take the heating cable and run it into the pipe.
We assemble the dryer, we pass the cable in a zigzag.
We glue the connections with universal glue.
We insert a network cable into the drilled corner. We make a limiter from a plastic tie.
We screw a plug onto the end of the network cable.
The dryer is almost ready. To modernize it, you can make special wall mounts.
To do this, we screw clips to the wall, and for the body of the dryer we make legs from the same pipe.
Now you can dry 3 pairs of shoes at once. The drying temperature does not exceed 60 degrees Celsius, which is safe for people, pets and shoes.
When not needed, the dryer can always be folded and it will not take up extra space.
