Creation of a New Year's toy "Drum"

To create a toy you will need:
- landscape sheet of paper.
- a piece of yellow felt.
- glue.
- scissors.
- thin black cord.
- 2 cotton swabs.
- brown eye shadow.

Making a toy.

The prepared sheet of paper must be folded several times, forming a narrow strip with side dimensions of 17x6 cm.

The resulting strip must be twisted into a tube and secured with glue in this state.

Now you should make two identical circles from paper, with a diameter of 52 mm.

The resulting circles need to be glued to both sides of the created tube made of folded paper.

We have a base for the drum, now we need to cover it with felt. To do this, cut out a rectangle with sides 6x17 cm from yellow felt.

This strip needs to be pasted over the side of the drum.

Next, you need to cut out two circles from felt, with a diameter of 5.2 cm.

These circles must be glued to the base of the drum.

From the prepared black lace you will need a piece 16 cm long.A loop should be made from the resulting segment, and the edges should be glued to the top of the drum.

The place where the lace is glued needs to be covered with a small rectangle of yellow felt.

Now, using a lace, you need to process the edges of two circles, the bottom and the top.

Then, using 6 cm pieces of lace, you need to make crossbars on the side of the drum, gluing them at an equal distance.

Now you need two cotton swabs.

On one side, the cotton wrap must be cut off.

The remaining cotton wool should be covered with brown shadows.

Then the sticks should be glued together, crossing them and placing one on top of the other.

The resulting sticks must be attached to the side of the drum.

The result is a New Year's toy “Drum”.

The toy is ready!
