Headphones from bluetooth speakers
Headphones are an essential accessory for every person these days! Many of us listen to them while playing sports, on the bus, or even on the way to work or school! But many of the Chinese headphones don't produce such good sound, so I decided to try to make headphones from an old bluetooth speaker!
And so for production we need:
The first step is to disassemble the column. To avoid breaking anything, carefully look for all the bolts, because the Chinese really like to hide them under all sorts of stickers, etc.
After disassembly, we bite off the speaker and replace it with two of these, weaker ones! I have them at 1 watt.
It's time for headphones! First of all, we remove all the foam from them and reconcile our board! You need to immediately mark the charging hole and the approximate mounting location! We also mark the holes for the buttons.
Speaking of buttons! I made them from a ballpoint pen refill by melting the tip of the refill! You can also make it out of matches and glue them onto the buttons of the board, but in this case there is a risk of filling the switch with glue, and it will no longer perform its functions.
The next step is gluing the board and soldering wires to it! As luck would have it, the hot melt adhesive broke so I had to “snot” it with a lighter.
When the soldering is finished, we take the foam rubber that we pulled out earlier, cut it to size and put it inside our half-earphone. Place the speaker on top.
So that the speaker does not gape outward! Glue a piece of a woman's stocking to the bottom of the pillow. This will not affect the sound in any way, but it will improve the appearance!
Well, basically everything is ready! All that remains is to do the same with the second half!
And in the end we get these cool headphones. Of course, it’s better not to turn them on at full volume, because it was still a speaker, and its sound is quite loud. But at medium volume it’s just right!
PS: They may look a little “daunting” for everyday wear, but everything is in your hands! You can paint them in any cool color! Or find the headphones themselves of a different shape! But, for example, running in the morning or mowing grass in them is a pleasure.
