Cheap heating for outbuildings
It is inconvenient to heat small outbuildings: it makes no sense to install a full-scale system, and installing a standard heating device is ineffective. But you can make a very simple design with your own hands, with high efficiency.
For a comfortable stay in such buildings, it is enough to maintain a positive temperature, for example, chickens will lay eggs already at +10 degrees Celsius, and the car will be trouble-free if the temperature does not drop below zero.

The proposed heater project operates on two principles at once:
A constant flow of air at a temperature of about +38 degrees Celsius minimizes the likelihood of dampness and mold. The volume of air blown depends on the cooler, on average it is 350-400 l/h
If a 60 W heater operates 20 hours a day, then in a month it will be consumed: 60 W x 20 hours x 30 days = 36 kW
To work you will need:
Explanation:
The cable length depends on the power 1 linear. m. If the power is 20 W, then 3 m of cable is enough, if the power is 15 W/lm, then buy 4 m.
The advantage of a heated towel rail is its compact size, with a long pipe length.

We evenly wrap the heating cable around the pipe. Maintain the same distance between turns.

We cut off the neck of the PET bottle, insert the cooler into it and carefully seal it with electrical tape.

We insert the neck of the bottle into the pipe and fix it. Place an extra loop of electrical tape around the cable.

We clean the contacts on the cable and on the cooler wires, and connect them to power. For convenience, they can be inserted into the corrugation.

We hang the heating module and thermostat on the wall.

We connect power through the thermostat and start heating.
Warm air will come out of the pipe in about 3-5 minutes, after the metal has warmed up.
Take matte black paint and paint the outside of the pipe. Plug one end, pour 60-80 ml of silver inside, and paint the inside of the pipe in a reflective color.
Black bodies absorb radiation much better, while silver bodies radiate heat more efficiently. The increase in efficiency will not be an order of magnitude, but the increase in efficiency will be noticeable even “by eye”.

Business justification for the project

The proposed heater project operates on two principles at once:
- The structure itself heats up, and heat is transferred by radiation.
- Forced airflow creates convective heat transfer.
A constant flow of air at a temperature of about +38 degrees Celsius minimizes the likelihood of dampness and mold. The volume of air blown depends on the cooler, on average it is 350-400 l/h

Tools and equipment
To work you will need:
- Two-core heating cable, total power 50-70 W.
- Case cooler from the system unit.
- Phone charger.
- PET bottle.
- Thermostat.
- Metal pipe or heated towel rail.
- Electrical tape, scissors, construction knife.
