How to make a 12V mini circular saw
Modeling requires a miniature power tool, which is very rare. In this regard, you have to do it yourself, using universal kits of parts from AliExpress. An example of the use of such factory blanks would be the manufacture of a hand-held mini circular saw.

A pulley and a clamp for a circular disk are installed on the spindle.
It is then screwed to the plywood base. You need to place a stand under its sole so that the shaft is slightly raised.
A housing for the engine is made from a 50 mm sewer pipe.
To do this, take a segment equal to the length of the motor without the shaft.Also, a small piece of pipe is cut lengthwise, heated and flattened into a plate. A plug for the casing is made from it. It is glued to the end of the pipe with superglue. Before this, a hole is made in it for the motor shaft and its fastening. For convenience, the engine is first turned to the plug, and then it is glued to the pipe.
Wires are soldered to the motor contacts and lead out through a side hole in the housing. Then the pipe with the engine is sealed with a plug on the reverse side.
A wooden stand is glued to the motor housing. To make the glue hold more reliably, you need to sprinkle it on top with soda or sawdust. The stand with the motor is glued to the plywood with a spindle. It is placed so as to obtain sufficient tension on the drive belt wrapped around the motor and spindle pulleys.
To increase the rigidity of the structure, you need to glue a spacer between the spindle and the motor. AND
From the socket of the elbow for a 110 mm pipe, a protection for the disk is cut out. It is glued to the plywood and engine casing.
The saw handle is made of 2 elbows and a 32 mm sewer pipe bent by an arc. One end of it is glued to the spacer between the motor and the spindle, and the other to the plywood base.
To use the saw, you need to connect its motor with a long wire to a battery or power supply. For convenience, you can install a switch on the wire.
It is necessary to take into account that if the circular machine will be turned on for a long time, then it is worth drilling ventilation holes in the engine casing to cool it. As for the use of superglue to join parts, it, in combination with sprinkling with sawdust or soda, holds quite firmly.If such rigidity of the connection seems insufficient, then during assembly you can use self-tapping screws and self-tapping screws, which will be longer and more difficult.
