Apples baked with cottage cheese
Delicious and healthy dessert.
Ingredients:
Apples – 6 pcs.
Cottage cheese – 150 gr.
Sugar – 2 tablespoons.
Egg.
Almonds - a handful.
Cinnamon, honey
Wash the apples, cut them into halves and remove the seeds. Place the apple halves on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Prepare the curd filling.
Beat the white of one egg and one tablespoon of sugar until thick foam, add cottage cheese, yolk and pre-chopped almonds. Mix the filling and place a teaspoon on top of the baked apples. Place the dessert back in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
Place the baked apples with curd filling on a plate, let cool and pour a little honey over them.
Cooking time – 40 minutes.
