Honey apple pie
The traditional time for apple pies of all kinds is the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. But even in winter, apple baking becomes especially relevant, filling the house with an intoxicating aroma and reminding us of summer days and tea parties on the country veranda. This recipe combines the sweetness of honey baking with the magical taste of apples and cinnamon. Nevertheless, the pie is good for its simplicity; preparing both the dough and the filling does not take much time and is ideal for the occasion when you want to quickly pamper your family with something tasty.
Ingredients:
1. 2 or 3 (depending on size) apples.
2. Flour 1 cup.
3. 3 eggs.
4. Honey 2 - 3 tablespoons.
5. Cinnamon.

Step one.
Before you start cooking, set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Step two.
If desired, you can first peel the apples. Using a sharp knife, core the apples and cut them into small cubes or slices. In a situation of acute lack of time, you can chop the apples in a blender. But in this case, you should be careful so that the apple pieces do not turn into a homogeneous puree. You can also use a coarse grater to chop apples.
Place apple slices in a mold, pour honey evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix gently so that the honey permeates all the apples.
If you don’t like the taste of honey or someone in your household is allergic to it, you can successfully replace honey with sugar. In this case, you will need about half a glass for the pie.

Step three.
Using an immersion blender, combine the eggs and flour. Beat at maximum speed for two to three minutes. The dough should not be too thick and should resemble pancake consistency. If the dough is not liquid enough, you can add a little milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Step four.
Fill the apples in the mold with the dough, making sure that the filling is evenly covered. You can lightly sprinkle the pie with cinnamon on top for decoration.

Step five.
Place the apple pie pan in the oven and bake for about twenty minutes. Using a toothpick, check if the cake is ready.

Before serving, it is advisable to let the cake rest and cool to room temperature. A very impressive way to serve it is to top each piece with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. All that remains is to brew aromatic tea or brew strong coffee, and call your family to the table.

Enjoy your tea!
