Charlotte recipe
To prepare charlotte we need:
Flour – 150 gr.
Sugar – 150 gr.
Apples – 3 pieces
Eggs – 4 pieces
Butter.
Let's get cooking!
Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into small slices; the core must be cut out. Pour lemon juice over the sliced apples to prevent them from darkening.
Let's prepare the base - the dough. To do this, we need to beat the eggs with a mixer until foamy, adding sugar little by little. Add flour to the resulting mass in small portions, stirring. Grease the mold with oil and “powder it with flour”, lay out the apples and fill them with the prepared dough. Charlotte is ready to travel to a preheated oven for 45 minutes. During baking, do not open the oven door under any circumstances, we will be guided by the smell. Decorate the finished charlotte with powdered sugar!
