Crispy lightly salted cucumbers. Quick cooking in a bag
Quickly prepare lightly salted cucumbers for a picnic. A snack prepared in this way can be eaten within a couple of hours. You don't need a jar or other container for cooking. Instead of containers, a simple ziplock bag will be used. Cucumbers are prepared simply, quickly, from simple ingredients. Cucumbers do not lose their bright color. They turn out tasty and crispy.
Products:
- - dill greens – 1 bunch;
- - young cucumbers – 1 kg;
- - salt – 2-3 tbsp. l.;
- - garlic – 4-5 cloves;
- - hot pepper - to taste.
- Cooking time: 15 minutes.
- Yield: 1 kilogram.
Cooking crispy lightly salted cucumbers in a bag
We prepare all products according to the list. Wash the dill greens. Wash the cucumbers too, leave them in cold water for at least one hour.
Simply crush the garlic with a knife. The garlic cloves do not need to be peeled.
Cut the hot pepper into thin rings, take the quantity according to your taste.
Chop the dill coarsely.
We take the cucumbers out of the water and cut off the edges on both sides.
Pour salt into any container.Take the cucumber and dip the slices into salt, alternating one and the other side.
We repeat this with each cucumber. We do not remove the salt, leave it on the cucumbers.
All products are prepared, take the package.
Place half of the prepared dill on the bottom of the bag. Add a couple of cloves of garlic and hot pepper. Place some cucumbers and salt on top, add a little more dill.
Place the remaining cucumbers, peppers, dill, and garlic into a bag. There is no need to add more salt; the salt that is attached to the cucumbers is enough.
Close the bag tightly and shake the products.
We leave the bag of cucumbers on the kitchen table; the snack will be ready in two hours.
If lightly salted cucumbers are not needed quickly, the bag can be placed in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning you can take a bag of cucumbers for a picnic. This appetizer will be a great addition to a barbecue.
