You only need 2 eggs, cabbage and 10 minutes to prepare a wonderful dinner.
Having even the simplest products in the refrigerator, you can prepare a very tasty, and most importantly healthy and easy for the digestive system dinner. Even from ordinary cabbage you can make a masterpiece that will be swept off the table in a couple of minutes and people will ask for more.
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 300 gr.;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- flour – 2-3 tbsp. l.;
- sesame – 1 tbsp. l.;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tsp;
- sour cream.
Cooking process
It is necessary to chop 300 gr. cabbage, and beat in 2 eggs.
Add a teaspoon of salt on top and mix everything.
Next, add half a teaspoon of ground pepper, flour and mix everything again.
The mixture is placed on a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
It flattens into a pancake and sesame seeds spill on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and leave over medium heat for 10 minutes. The fried pancake is turned over and simmered for another 10 minutes under the lid.
Next, it is cut into cubes and served with sour cream.It is advisable to eat the dish warm, it tastes better.
