Making your own wireless charging
Cut a piece of thin PVC pipe lengthwise. Heat with a hairdryer until soft.
Straighten using a rectangular metal or wooden object. We mark a 10.5x6.5 cm rectangle on the resulting blank and cut it out with scissors. Two such blanks are needed.
Using a compass, we mark the corners for rounding.
Grind down the corners using sandpaper.
We cut out strips of sides from thin plastic.
We bend the corners around the circumference and glue them to the base using superglue.
Using a sharp utility knife, make a slot for the mini USB. We glue the socket into the body.
Glue the coil of the wireless charging module to the second plastic blank.
We solder the contacts from the charging module to the mini USB connector and insulate them with heat shrink.
Close the case and fix it with glue.
We connect the 5 V power supply to the wireless charging module.
Wireless charging is ready. Now, if you place a phone with a wireless charging function on it, it will begin to charge.
