Fruit salad Pineapple
- Pineapple 1 pc.
- Tangerines 4 pcs. small.
- Pear 1 pc. large.
- Yogurt 1 pc. small standard glass.
Carefully cut the pineapple horizontally. You'll have to put in a lot of effort, but it's worth it. There is no need to cut off the green tail of the pineapple. Next, take a tablespoon or a knife with a wide blade and remove the pulp. Two “boats” will serve as original salad bowls.
Cut the pear into small cubes, and simply divide the tangerines into slices. Season the salad with yogurt and mix in a separate bowl. There are different ways to decorate a fruit salad. For example, you can use a vegetable knife to make thin chocolate chips, as in the photo. Or melt chocolate and pour a tablespoon over the salad, along a zigzag line.
