Flip flops from an old handbag
All lovely ladies have handbags that are out of fashion, torn, frayed or simply no longer liked. I suggest giving a second life to your handbag. Everyone has long known that no matter how many household flip-flops you keep at home, as soon as a holiday comes and a lot of guests come, there is absolutely no need for a flip-flop! Let's make beautiful, fashionable slippers from old handbags.
To make homemade slippers you will need (calculation below):
1.Old leather (faux) handbag.
2.Fur (coat from a roller) or any other.
3. Dense material.
4. Felt pen.
5. Paper (for patterns).
6. Knitting threads of bright colors (any).
7. Simple threads + needle + scissors + centimeter.
8 Sewing machine (you can do everything by hand).
Directions for work. We take an old unnecessary handbag.
And we begin to work on it! To begin, take any of your shoes and make patterns on a piece of paper. Simply trace the sole of the shoe on a piece of paper with a pencil and cut out the pattern. I slightly enlarged the pattern because it shrinks as you sew. Measure the top with a centimeter in three places of rise and draw a blank for the top.
You will have a footprint and a semi-oval top.Then we take a felt-tip pen of any color, but so that the trace of the drawing on your handbag is visible. I took the white one. My bag is large, so I drew the soles on the sides of the bag; by the way, the leather is the thickest there.

We get a flip-flop sole that is waterproof, washable and lightweight.
But to make your foot soft and warm, you need to make two more layers of the same marks. It is better to put something soft on the skin, holofiber, synthetic polyester, fur, the choice is yours.
I made a pattern from a paint roller coat.
The third layer needs to be practical, strong, dark, and not clinging to your feet.
