Making a Christmas bell

On New Year's holidays, children's matinees, Christmas trees, and performances are held. All these events require careful preparation. It is difficult to imagine a holiday without carnival costumes and bright decorations. Many of them can be done independently. This will not only save you money, but will also bring you real pleasure.
The bell is one of the symbols of Christmas. Making it is not at all difficult at home. You can involve children in the process and you can have a great time creating together.

To work you will need:
• Plastic bottle.
• Regular table napkin. Choose the color at your discretion.
• Tinsel and other decorations.
• PVA glue.
• Scissors.

Take a plastic bottle and cut off the top at a distance of 16 cm from the neck.

Apply glue and glue the napkin, leaving 1-2 cm at the bottom for hemming. This is necessary so that the child does not get hurt on the cut edge of the bottle.

Apply glue to the rim of the bottle from the inside and glue the remaining part of the napkin for hemming. We collect the upper part of the napkin and tie it around the neck with regular thread.


Decorate the bell with a bow or any other decor.

We decorate the bottom of the bottle with tinsel. It can be glued, but you can use a stapler, this will simplify the task.

The Christmas bell is ready. If you want it to ring, you can attach a small metal bell to the inside.
