Cooking stuffed bread - pizza
If your teenage son’s friends suddenly come to you or your husband’s friends come over, you can very quickly prepare stuffed bread with pizza toppings. If you do not have a loaf of round bread at home, then send someone to the nearest bakery for 2 - 3 loaves, and at the same time ask to buy cheese, sausage and vegetables if necessary.
One bun can feed 4-5 people.
There is no exact and unambiguous recipe for this dish, you can experiment and add bacon, olives and other ingredients, ideally use two types of cheese, one of which is mozzarella, but you can get by with just the usual Dutch one. Just chop one part of it and grate the other.
To prepare stuffed bread you need:
- a round loaf of white bread;
- 150.0 - 200.0 g sausage;
- two types of cheese, 100.0 g mozzarella + 50 g Dutch;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 pepper;
- 50 - 100 g ketchup.
1. Cut the top off a round loaf and scoop out the crumb.
2. Using a brush, coat the bottom with ketchup. For a male company, you can take a sharper option.
3. Cut and place mozzarella.
4. Cut the tomato into circles and place in a second layer;
5.Do the same with sausage.
6. Slice the sweet pepper thinly and place it on top of the sausage.
7. Make a layer of mozzarella on top, grease everything with ketchup.
8. Grate the Dutch cheese and pour it over the filling in the bread.
9. Place the cut part on top and wrap everything in foil.
10. Heat the oven very high, at least +200, place the round bread with the filling in there for 15 minutes.
11. After this time, take out the bread and unfold the foil on top. Take some grated cheese and chopped tomato.
Cover the top with cheese, arrange the tomato slices and place the bun in the oven, without covering the top with foil, for another 10 - 15 minutes.
12. Take out the bread with filling, cut into pieces and serve.
With such stuffed bread - pizza, both hot and cold drinks are appropriate; if a male group drinks beer, but there is no desire to make dough, then the problem can be solved with pizza in a loaf of bread. The extracted crumb can be used for minced cutlets.
