Fast pizza
In the life of every housewife there are situations when guests come unexpectedly. Not a single woman puzzles over what to cook in a hurry so that she can surprise those who come. After all, the dish should not only be quick and tasty, but also have a festive look. A quick pizza will not make guests languish in anticipation for a long time, and the hostess will prepare it in 40 - 45 minutes without any extra effort.
1. To prepare, you will need 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of kefir and a teaspoon each of salt, soda and sugar.

2. All components should be mixed and kneaded into a semi-liquid dough, carefully breaking up the lumps.

3. Take a metal mold (or baking sheet), grease the sides and bottom of the mold with butter or vegetable oil and pour the dough into the mold, distributing it evenly over the entire surface of the mold.

4. Place the mold with the dough in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes so that the dough “sets” a little. After this, remove it from the oven and cool slightly.

5. For the filling, you can use whatever you find in your refrigerator. In this case, to prepare the filling, take 200 grams of chicken fillet, 150 grams of boiled champignons, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, 150 grams of hard cheese, several green olives and 150 grams of mayonnaise.Chop all ingredients, cut olives in half, tomatoes into rings.

6. Lightly brush the cooled cake with mayonnaise.

7. Place tomato rings on top, “deepening” them a little into the dough.

8. Mix chicken fillet with mayonnaise and spread the mixture over the tomatoes.

9. The next layer is champignons.

10. Place a layer of grated cheese on top.

11. You can decorate the pizza with herbs and halves of olives and place in the oven for another 15 minutes.

12. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and cool.

13. Using a knife, pry the edges of the pizza (usually the cheese, when melted, flows to the edges of the pan), remove the pan and transfer the finished pizza to a plate. Bon appetit!
