100 reasons why I love you
In this master class you will learn how to decorate a jar with pleasant notes about, for example, love.
To create a jar with notes, take the following materials and tools:
For the notes “100 reasons why I love you”, come up with and print the text. If your imagination fails, find the text on the Internet. Format the text as follows: use Monotype Corsiva font size 16, paragraph spaced before and after 36. Print the text on red colored paper.
Use scissors to cut the text into strips.
As you pass the paper strips along the blade of the scissors, curl the strips with the text inward.
Roll each strip into a scroll and tie with white cotton thread in a knot.
Decorate the lid of the jar.To do this, draw a circle on red felt, tracing the lid of the jar with a pen. Cut out the circle.
Adhere the felt circle to the jar lid using clear all-purpose adhesive. Draw a rectangle on the felt that is four times the width of the lid and a length equal to the perimeter of the lid. Apply clear glue to the rectangle.
Glue a strip of felt to the side of the lid. The felt joint can be temporarily secured with a clothespin.
Decorate the side of the lid with a lace ribbon cut to width.
Close the strip joining the two pieces of felt by gluing the bead halves along it.
Print jar labels that read “100 Reasons Why I Love You” on pearlescent card stock. Cut out labels with curly scissors
Use the remaining lace to form a flower. Decorate its middle with a bead.
Glue it to the center of the lid and your Valentine's Day love note jar is ready!
The texts of such jars can be addressed not only to your significant other, but also to a friend, girlfriend, sister and mother. So original present Surely everyone will like it.
