Simple steamed manti

1. Prepare a large container. Break an egg into a container of your choice.

2. Pour milk into it. It is important that the milk is not cold; room temperature of the product is ideal for cooking.

3. Add salt to the egg-milk mixture.

4. Add flour to the liquid mass. It is also worth noting that the flour should be added gradually, this will allow the dough to turn out tender and light.


5. The finished dense dough should be laid out on a flat surface.The dough may stick a little, so you need to dust it with a little flour. Roll out a piece of dough into a thin layer.

6. Cut the layer into long and wide strips. Make the size of the strips as desired.

7. The minced meat prepared in advance must be laid out along the entire length of the strips, as shown in the photo.

8. The bottom edge of the dough, on which the filling is located, needs to be pinched inward. Then roll the strips into rolls and seal the edges tightly with your fingers.




9. Place the finished “roses” in a double boiler. Steam Manti for 40 minutes.

10. You can eat juicy Manti.
