Shish kebab in the oven

5. Let's start with the main marinade for the barbecue. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.
6. Pour the marinade mixture over the kebab. After stirring, give the meat 6-8 hours to marinate.
7. Thread the marinated meat, alternating with onions, onto a skewer.
8. Wrap each skewer with foil.
9. Be sure to preheat the oven to maximum temperature. Then set the mark to 180 and place the skewers on the grill. Bake the kebab in the oven for 40 minutes.
10. Then open the foil and turn on the convection, slightly brown the meat pieces.
11. Remove the foil and serve the kebab, for example, with parsley, pickled mushrooms and olives.
