Juicy, aromatic tomatoes can not only be quickly pickled, but also tasted very quickly! Such a delicious and quick recipe for lightly salted tomatoes cannot be lost!
Required
- - 1.5 kilograms of tomatoes;
- - 3 tablespoons of salt;
- - 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 50 grams of vegetable oil;
- - 50 grams of 9% vinegar;
- - a teaspoon of mustard;
- - a head of garlic;
- - a bunch of dill (green).
Sequence of cooking lightly salted tomatoes
1. Prepare a deep, roomy pan. The container must be clean and dry. Rinse the tomatoes. It is best to use approximately equal fruits so that they are salted evenly. Each tomato should be cut in half. Place all the tomato pieces into the pan.
2. Finely chop the dill with a sharp knife.Place the mixture into a deep bowl. You can even grind the dill with a blender.
3. Pass the garlic cloves through a press or grate them. Place the garlic pulp in a cup with dill. It is good to use young garlic, as it is very aromatic and juicy.
4. Pour salt and sugar into a container with aromatic ingredients.
5. Next, pour vinegar and oil into a bowl after the dry ingredients. For a slight spiciness, add mustard. Mix everything very thoroughly.
6. Pour the entire resulting mass into a saucepan with tomatoes.
7. Cover the top of the pan with a lid. Press the top lightly with your hands and shake the pan several times. So that the tomatoes are completely saturated with the filling. Place the pan in the refrigerator for three hours. After this, lightly salted tomatoes can already be eaten!
