And their cost, oddly enough, can be much less than purchased ones. Here is a motivating paradox that may encourage you to repeat this healthy dish.
Will need
To prepare PP sausages you need:
- Half a chicken fillet,
- Milk – 100 ml.,
- Garlic – 1 clove,
- Favorite spices
- Chicken egg.
From this amount of products you get 4 sausages.
Technology for preparing chicken sausages
Sausages according to the proposed recipe are prepared very quickly and do not require any special knowledge in cooking. They usually take no more than 20 minutes to prepare.
1. To begin, cut the fillet into pieces of arbitrary shape.
2. Next, place them in a blender bowl and pour milk.
3. Sprinkle spices and salt on top.
4. Peel the garlic, chop it, add to the meat.
5. Chop all ingredients in a blender with the addition of one egg.
6. Next, the finished minced meat should be placed in small portions on previously prepared pieces of cling film. Roll them into tight rolls, giving the shape of sausages.
7. Place the semi-finished product in the freezer for a couple of hours.
8. Before serving, the sausages need to be boiled in salted water for 25 minutes.
And if you want to enhance the taste a little, you can fry already boiled sausages in a frying pan with a drop of sunflower oil. The golden crust will give it a very appetizing look.
Storage
Sausages keep well in the freezer for up to six months (maybe more). Therefore, make large quantities for future use and freeze. And whenever you want to eat: take it out, and, without any defrosting, put it in boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
