Cheese puffs made from ready-made puff pastry

The recipe for cheese puffs will make it very easy to prepare aromatic, crispy baked goods with an unforgettable taste. Required:
puff pastry - 200 grams;
flour;
egg - 1 pc.;
hard cheese - 150 grams;
vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
1. Let's start with the filling. For such puffs, it is better to choose hard cheese, because it spreads less and looks very aesthetically pleasing. Cut the cheese into cubes.

2. Then roll out the pre-thawed puff pastry a little. Cut the dough into even rectangles.

3. We place a block of cheese on top of each rectangle, cover it with dough and connect the edges, pressing them with a fork.


4. Lightly grease the baking tray with oil. Lay out the cheese puffs. Beat one egg with a fork. Brush the top of each puff pastry with beaten egg.



5. Preheat the oven. It is best to cook such puff pastries at 170 degrees. Bake the puff pastries for twenty minutes.Bon appetit!
