Why use a plastic bag when frying capelin?
Capelin is an excellent budget option for a quick snack with beer. For scrupulous housewives, cooking will take about 30 minutes, as they will follow the path of carefully preparing the fish. - capelin – 300-350 g;
- flour – 2-3 tbsp;
- oil for frying – 3-4 tbsp;
- spices (you can take sesame) - to taste;
- lemon - a couple of drops of juice.
Step-by-step recipe for cooking fish using a plastic bag
To prepare fried capelin, follow these steps:1. We clean the capelin from the entrails and remove the head. Rub with a little lemon juice.
2. In a regular plastic bag, mix spices, flour and, if desired, sesame seeds. Shake a couple of times. This is a useful life hack that will prevent flour from being sprayed all over the house and will keep the kitchen clean. Take note.
3. We send capelin in a bag: we do this in small batches of 6-7 pieces.
4.Close the bag and shake - this will distribute the flour and spices evenly over the fish.
5. Place the fish in boiling oil.
6. Fry until it acquires an appetizing golden hue and is fully cooked.
Fried capelin disappears faster than the most delicious and high-quality seeds.
