I really love red fish. I cook it baked, boiled and fried. In this article I want to share a recipe for baked pink salmon. I cooked it in the oven with lemon and spices. It turned out tasty and not dry. The recipe is simple and quick. Each stage of preparation is supplemented with original photographs.
To prepare baked pink salmon I needed:
I took the fish, cleaned, boneless, fresh. Mandatory additions to this recipe are lemon, green beans and basil.
1. I washed and dried the pink salmon. I put it in a container to make it easier to marinate.
2. Sprinkle the fish with seasoning, salt and pepper. I chopped 2 cloves of garlic. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Next, I cut the basil leaves and added some frozen beans to the pink salmon.
4.Added vegetable oil and placed the fish and beans in a glass baking dish.
5. Placed thin slices of lemon over pink salmon.
6. Turned on the oven at 230 degrees. Covered the fish with foil and baked it for 30 minutes.
7. After 30 minutes, I opened the foil and baked for another 5 minutes so that the pink salmon was slightly browned.
This is such a beautiful fish. It goes perfectly with any side dish.
We ate it with stewed vegetables and rice. It can also be used as a complete dinner. This dish is not greasy, but filling. It contains a lot of protein and vitamins.
