Ingredients for marinade for 1 kg of lard:


  • water – 1 l;
  • salt – 2 tbsp;
  • bay leaf – 3 pcs.;
  • ground pepper – 0.5 tsp;
  • peppercorns – 15 pcs.;
  • curry seasoning – 0.5 tsp;
  • hops suneli seasoning – 0.5 tsp;
  • head of garlic.

The lard is cut into small pieces so that it is better soaked in the brine.

Next, the marinade is prepared. The amount of ingredients is calculated depending on its weight. Salt, bay leaf and peppers are added to the water.
