You've never tried cabbage that's simpler and tastier
Cabbage is very beneficial for the body, so in winter, when there are fewer vitamins in the diet, it is advisable to consume it more often. Try making this dish from it; adults and children will definitely like it.
Ingredients:
- a small head of cabbage;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- garlic;
- pepper;
- salt;
- dill.
Cabbage preparation process
The head of cabbage along with the stalk is cut into 4 parts. They are immersed in salted boiling water and cooked until tender.
While the cabbage is boiling, 2 eggs are driven into a deep container. Fresh or dry garlic, ground black pepper, a pinch of salt and dill are added to them.
The cooked cabbage is removed and placed cut side down so that the water drains from it. When it cools down, cut it into slices about 1 cm wide.
The cabbage pieces are dipped into the egg on all sides and fried in an oiled frying pan over low heat.
You just need to brown it.
