How to make a foam sprayer from a spray gun

A regular spray foam gun creates a lower quality spray than a spray gun. In this regard, to perform sprayed insulation, you can combine these 2 devices, obtaining a more practical tool.

Spray foam manufacturing process

The task is to install an adapter for mounting foam from a gun on the spray gun instead of a tank. The difficulty is that this requires an adapter. The problem is solved by selecting two threads: for the adapter and for the spray gun.

To get an adapter, you just need to solder them together.

For tightness, assembly is performed using fume tape.


Using the resulting tool for spraying foam, you can achieve a perfectly even layer.
