Step 1. Thaw the fillet, rinse and cut lengthwise.

Step 2. Place the fish pieces in a bowl and salt well. Add lemon juice, pepper and other spices as desired. To prevent the unbreaded fillet from falling apart in the pan and sticking, the salt must be absorbed into the fish. Therefore, the fillet must stand. 15-20 minutes will be enough.

Step 3. Drain off excess liquid.

Step 4. Roll each piece into a tube.

Step 5. Place the rolled fillets on a napkin.

Step 6. Put the frying pan to heat up. Add oil.

Step 7. Place the fillet in the pan.

Step 8Fry and turn over.

Step 9. Turn over again, fry on the other side. You need to turn it 3-4 times until the fillet pieces are completely cooked through.

Step 10. Place on a plate. Any vegetables or rice are suitable as a side dish.
