Lemon cherry pudding

This delicious dish is easy and quick to prepare. You will need 200 grams of sour cream, 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, 4 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, a tablespoon of butter, lemon peel from one lemon, 50-100 grams of fresh cherries, chocolate for serving.
You need to mix flour and sugar into the sour cream.

Then bring the mixed ingredients to a boil, for which place the container with the mixture on medium heat, stirring constantly so that lumps do not form in the mixture.

Meanwhile, while the mixture is cooling, you need to grate the lemon peel on a fine grater. Then separate the yolks from the whites and beat the latter well.
Add the yolks, lemon peel and beaten whites into the cooled mixture.

Place the prepared mixture in any mold, you can even use portion molds. The mold must first be greased with butter. The pudding is baked in the oven at medium temperature for 30-40 minutes.
You can serve warm or cold, garnished with fresh cherries (in this case frozen berries were used) and chocolate.
