Healthy casserole
I offer you a recipe for a delicious, beautiful and healthy casserole made from two types of cabbage. Even those who reject vegetables in all their forms will not refuse to try a beautiful summer dish. Due to its low calorie content, the casserole is ideal for dinner.
1. If you have chosen fresh cauliflower and broccoli, take 800 grams, separate the forks into inflorescences and lower them into boiling water for 10 minutes. The frozen product must be defrosted without boiling.

2. It’s better to finely chop the cabbage by hand to prevent it from becoming a puree after the food processor.


3. Separate the whites and yolks of two eggs. Add the yolks to the chopped cabbage.


4. Add semolina (4 tbsp) and flour (3 tbsp) to the mixture and mix.

5. Beat the whites with a blender into a white foam and carefully add them to the mass, making careful movements from bottom to top.

6. Place the mixture in a greased form.

7. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 150 degrees. Serve the dish with sour cream or in its pure form.
