We make cheese from milk according to a very simple recipe
Pour milk into a large saucepan and place on the stove.
When the first bubbles appear, turn off the burner, pour in the rennet and stir.
Cover with a lid and leave on the counter at room temperature for 1 hour.
After this time, the mass will harden. Cut into small pieces and strain through cheesecloth or a sieve.
Leave under pressure for 5 hours until the serum completely drains.
Ready! The product can be cut and served, or it can be marinated.
Cut into cubes, place in glass jars, fill with whey mixed with salt.
Store the snack in the refrigerator for 45 days.
