Stuffed zucchini “For those on a diet”
A healthy person can prepare himself a lot of delicious dishes. What should those who have been diagnosed with one of the gastrointestinal tract diseases do? Diet No. 5 recommended by doctors imposes many prohibitions. But you can also prepare delicious dishes from the remaining list of permitted products. For example, stuffed zucchini baked in the oven. This dietary recipe is easy to prepare, requires a minimum of ingredients and turns out very appetizing.
For preparation you need:
• 2 young zucchini (about 20 cm long);
• 1 chicken breast;
• 2 eggs;
• 200g rice;
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt.
Step-by-step preparation of the recipe.
1. Peel the zucchini and cut it in half.
2. Clean the middle so that you get a “boat” with a wall thickness of slightly less than 1 cm.
3. Cut the zucchini pulp and chicken breast into small pieces.
4. Grind the zucchini and chicken in a blender until smooth.
5. Boil the rice until half cooked (5 minutes in boiling water will be enough), rinse and add to the minced meat.
6. Salt the filling, add a couple of eggs and mix thoroughly.
7. Fill the zucchini halves with the resulting minced meat.
8. Place the finished “boats” on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 80 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
9. Take out the baked stuffed zucchini and place them on a plate.
10. You can cut the zucchini into portions.
It turns out to be a beautiful, tasty and at the same time dietary dish. It is suitable for feeding people with gastrointestinal diseases such as pancreatitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, etc. In all cases where doctors recommend eating according to diet No. 5.
