Christmas wreath
Christmas and New Year are the most beloved and long-awaited holidays of the year. These two holidays are considered family holidays, as no matter where close people are, no matter how far away it is, they will definitely gather at the Christmas table with family and close friends. Relatives and friends exchange gifts, which they place under New Year trees, and prepare warm and sincere congratulations. The preparation for Christmas and New Year itself is already quite pleasant, although very troublesome. But the chores are always pleasant, even unnoticeable, a lot of things have been redone, and the result pleases both you and your family, as if nothing had happened. Basically, already a month or two in advance, we think about what we will prepare for the New Year’s table, what salads, snacks, sweets, drinks there will be, and we begin to look for gifts for our family, colleagues and friends in advance. But, of course, the very first thing we do is decorate our house or apartment. Basically, what do we take for this? Brilliant multi-colored tinsel, garlands, New Year's candles, compositions for the New Year's table, we decorate beautiful Christmas trees, and it is always customary to hang a Christmas wreath on the door.It is considered a symbol of these two holidays, so it is a must-buy. But you can get out of this situation, use this master class for any housewife and do it at home.
For the Christmas wreath we will need:
For the base of the wreath we will use any cardboard, preferably thick. Place a plate with a diameter of 20 cm and circle it.
Now take any circle with a diameter of 9 cm, put it inside in the center and circle it. We cut out both blanks.
We glue them together with PVA glue. Glue a strip of double-sided tape onto the circle and place the end of a wide piece of tinsel on the adhesive tape.
We wrap tinsel around the ring to cover the entire circle.
Now we glue the tip of the narrow tinsel and wrap it around the ring on top as well.
We wrap Christmas tree branches on wire onto a wreath. Spread the cones with liquid glitter and sprinkle with dry glitter. They become shiny and bright. We knit bows from ribbons and gold mesh. We roll sisal into circles.
Now we glue everything decor to the wreath with a hot pistol.First we glue the bows, then the pine cones and fruits, and at the top we glue a loop of ribbon so that we can hang it on the door. Done, you can create and decorate your home for the New Year.
