Cosmetic bag
A cosmetic bag is an essential accessory in the life of any representative of the fair sex, and not only the fair sex. A cosmetic bag can serve as a storage item for cosmetics, stationery, craft supplies, or even glasses. Also, a cosmetic bag can serve as an interior decoration.
In order to create this miracle thing yourself, you will need:
1. two pieces of fabric;
2. bias tape or another long piece of fabric;
3. thread with a needle;
4. sewing machine (if available);
5. scissors;
6. lightning.
First you need to draw a pattern; to do this, take a plate of the required diameter and trace its outline twice on the fabric as shown in the figure.

(The plate can be replaced with a compass or any other round object).
Next, cut out the blank.

Place the cut piece on another piece of fabric so that the wrong sides are on the inside and the right sides are on the outside. Sew longitudinal, transverse or oblique lines by machine or by hand. This will add strength to the product, and it will look more interesting.

Iron the resulting workpiece well and trim the edges of the second piece of fabric.

Along the edges of the oval, baste ready-made bias tape, or make it yourself from a long scrap.

Next, iron well again.

Now stitch the binding and remove the basting.
Fold the workpiece in half and baste and sew a zipper along the edges.

Turn the piece inside out and sew the remaining open edges together. Machine stitch along the corners of the product as shown in the photo.

Cut off the corners that remain outside the stitching.

Turn the product right side out. Your DIY cosmetic bag is ready!
