Hair bands made from foamiran “Bell ringing”

Plastic suede is practical in products and is not afraid of water.

For work we take materials:
- blue foamiran 1 mm thick and yellow with sparkles 2 mm thick.
- scissors.
- lighter.
- “Moment” glue.
- satin ribbon 2.5 cm wide, green.
- soldering iron.
- a piece of glass or ceramic tile.
- thick blue fabric.
- scrunchy.
- blue oil paint.
- a piece of foam rubber.

First we draw a flower template, it looks a little like a fan. In our workpiece we make 5 petals, connected together and arranged in a semicircle.

Since we have two elastic bands, we cut out 6 blanks per one according to the template. Using the template, cut out 12 petals from suede.

We paint dark blue with foam rubber along the edges of all blanks on both sides.

Now let's start processing these petals. First of all, fold it like an accordion in height and knead it with your fingers. Under the warmth of your hands, the suede will become softer and the blanks will be straightened.

Then, using a lighter, we make twists along the edges of the petals. Under fire, they roll themselves into a tube.And in the middle of the workpiece, we heat it with a flame and immediately make a depression with two thumbs.

We prepare all the petals in this way.

Now we take gold-colored suede with sparkles and cut blanks for the stamens. There will be 3 pieces in each flower, so we will need 36 blanks. The sticks will be 2 cm high, 0.5 cm thick, and we make the top of the stamen in the shape of a square, so we cut out strips 1.5 cm long and 0.8 cm wide.

Using Moment glue, attach wide strips folded in half to the sticks.

Let's start making bells; from one blank there will be 1 flower. On the workpiece, lubricate a thin strip with glue and press the second edge onto it. We get a cone with a hole in the top.

And in the middle of the flower we insert and secure three stamens.

For one elastic band we make 6 bells.

Now take the green ribbon and cut strips for the leaves. You need 6 strips of 8 and 5 cm long.

Take a soldering iron and a ceramic tile. We cut small strips hot diagonally, from corner to other corner, and we get two high triangles. And we fold the long green blanks in half, cut the fold, and cut these strips folded together diagonally, but we get two short triangles connected together.

Now for one elastic band we prepare 2 circles of thick fabric with a diameter of 4 cm and a small strip of the same length. Take 5 more long and short green triangles.

We take a regular hair elastic and glue it to one of the circles on the front side. Then we additionally attach this elastic band to the base with a strip, and glue the second circle of fabric from below, the wrong side is inside the circles.

We glue flowers on the base without an elastic band. Let's start with the markup.Use a pencil to make 5 strokes, distributing them evenly throughout the circle.

First, we attach five wide triangles, along the marked lines, with the wrong side to the base.

Now we glue the bells between the leaves, placing the narrow side towards the middle of the base.

We take tall green triangles and glue them into the spaces between the colors, closer to the middle of the base.

There is one flower left, which we attach to the middle of the resulting composition, also with the narrow edge to the base. The elastic band is ready.
