Homemade wobbler
After a fisherman has visited a body of water that is unfamiliar to him, overgrown with algae and grass, and has lost a couple of good baits, the desire to fish in this place is cut off. In this case, you need to turn your attention to homemade baits, which are not expensive to make and you don’t mind losing. Often in overgrown reservoirs there are a lot of fish that hunt in such places and are probably not averse to eating artificial bait.
Today we will make a homemade ultralight wobbler with our own hands, which is easy to make and quite catchy in reservoirs, especially good at attracting the attention of striped perch and small pike.
To make a homemade wobbler from a toothbrush, you will need the following material:
• old used toothbrush;
• paper clip;
• clasp with swivel;
• treble hook with winding ring;
• double hook with winding ring;
• red or yellow beads for eyes;
• pliers;
• stationery knife;
• lighter.

The process of making a homemade lightweight wobbler from a toothbrush:
1. First, you need to heat the blade of a stationery knife over a fire and cut off the necessary part from the toothbrush. You can see the details in the photo.It is better not to throw away all the remaining parts of the brush, because you can use them to make another bait.

2. Using a hot knife blade, we also cut out the excess part of the nose of the wobbler as shown in the photo.

3. Using pliers and a lighter, we bend the working blade of the future homemade wobbler and adjust the tilt depending on desire. We also use a lighter to scorch all the edges where the wobbler was cut to give it a permanent shape.

4. When starting to install a homemade bait, heat a nail on the fire and make a through hole in the wobbler.

5. Unbend the paper clip and insert it into the hole. If it doesn’t go away, you can also keep it on the fire for a while.

6. Using pliers and wire cutters, we make eyes for attaching hooks and fasteners.

7. Attach a double hook to the tail section, and attach a clasp with a swivel to the nose eyelet.
8. Using glue, glue the eyes from the beads and make another ear from the wire, which we insert and glue into the belly of the wobbler.

9. We attach a treble hook and get an excellent homemade lightweight wobbler, with which you can catch more than a dozen striped spearfish or pike.
