Watering system without the use of special containers
As a rule, large containers of water are used for irrigation systems on the site, located in the corner of the site. A pump is connected to a tank with a volume of 3-4 cubic meters. The power of the pump also depends on the number of nozzles. In order to connect several nozzles to irrigation simultaneously, you cannot do without a special container. But there is a way to connect the irrigation system directly to the water supply or well.
First of all, for the coordinated operation of the nozzles and the system as a whole, a minimum pressure of three atmospheres is required, so conventional automation for water supply from a well should be set to 3-4.8 atmospheres for sufficient water pressure.
Pipe laying is carried out using the beam method.
From the main pipe 32 mm. There is a separate pipe f.20 for each nozzle.
A column is placed in place of the nozzle, and the nozzle itself is screwed to the key of this column. This design is innovative. Of course, it is more complicated and more expensive, but in practice it has proven itself to be excellent. And the money that you risk spending in the future on repairing injectors that continually fail is better invested in installing a reliable design. In addition, the configuration of the site is constantly changing: old plants are replanted, new ones are planted, and in a year you may need to put, for example, a one and a half to two meter hose between the key and the nozzle. The nozzle itself will be screwed to a tripod of a certain height. By changing the location of the tripod with the nozzle and the height of the tripod, you move the nozzle in three planes. A manifold with a number of pipes corresponding to the number of nozzles is installed in the caisson; an electromagnetic valve is installed on each pipe (preferably direct action). The relay that controls the activation of the valves is located in a drier place outside the caisson. A good option is the PR-110 relay.
Here is an example of how a 12-nozzle irrigation system works. At 23:00 the first nozzle turns on and runs for 15-30 minutes with a break of 1 minute. The entire cycle time is 3 hours 18 minutes (with 15-minute nozzle operation). The advantage of working this way is that you can use any nozzles and easily swap them. The best nozzle in terms of price and quality is mechanical. Its only drawback is the inaccurate irrigation area, watering where it is not needed. In places where more precise irrigation is needed, it is better to install rotary nozzles.
