If you are tired of constantly walking and feeding your poultry, then this homemade product is just for you. This automatic feeder or auto feeder will save you from frequent trips to buy grain. You will need to pour the required amount of grain into this device at a time and your animals will be able to feed for several days without your help. Everything again depends on the number of pets you have.

Materials, tools

I took a 3 inch PVC tube, 2 or 4 inch pipes will of course be available too.
So what you need:

• -Three inches pipe diameter: 50cm in length. Or more. Or less.
  
• -Three inches pipe diameter: 15cm long
  
• -three inches pipe diameter: 8cm long
  
• - 45 degrees "Y" - tee.
  
• -Two three-inch PVC covers.

Automatic feeder assembly

The design is incredibly simple and does not contain expensive elements.



Assemble according to the picture, then glue everything together with glue.
In general, such a structure can be assembled without glue - it does not carry any load.

At night and before rain, if the automatic feeder is located outside, you can cover the feed hole with a lid so that the grain does not become damp or wet.
Now you can stay away from birds for an entire day or more. With the help of this simple device they will feed themselves.
